LAST CHAPTERS | The plot of Bonnie with his immortal threat/mentor "is going to explode in the penultimate chapter when our characters compete to get the film Silas," jokes executive producer Julie Plec. "The consequences of his plan and what Bonnie has to do to try and stop at the same time his plan to then survive in the final chapter." You can also expect "not just one, but 10 known faces" in the process. And for those originals like that, the chapter on April 25 presents the spinoff in New Orleans where we find Klaus meeting with his diabolical former Marcel.

Once again, a supernatural crisis stands in the way of what should be a happy occasion: the day of the graduation of the seniors of Mystic Falls. The cure will be taken, and "the implications of what that means will be a great story to tell the year coming," anticipates Plec, who adds that the chapter will end with two moments of maximum suspense "will send the series in a completely new direction." The change is also reserved for the triangle love of the series. "We will know, when you have finished the season, where everyone is in the context of the Stefan/Damon/Elena triangle," reveals Plec. "Definitely we will put all three in a very different and interesting way when we move forward." So don't think that the chapter is all about heartbreak and ruptures, Julie says that "when all is said and done, it has some pretty good romantic moments." and some goodbyes? "I can not comment on deaths permanent, but I will say that there will be much destruction," Plec answers.
