Klaus will return to Mystic Falls

Klaus Mikaelson returns to Mystic Falls, according to revealed exclusively TVGuide.com.

Klaus will make his crossover in The Vampire Diaries, for the first time since he left the series at the end of season 4. As part of his farewell - and one of the favorite scenes of all time - Klaus told Caroline that her boyfriend Tyler was free to return to Mystic Falls. Now that Tyler and Caroline have ended their romance, Klaus has returned for another chance, will get Caoline silk to his love?. The time of the Klaus returncould coincide with the next episode number 100 of The Vampire Diaries, which will air at the beginning of 2014. Representatives of the CW and Warner Bros. TV made no comments.

Before the season, Morgan said he was very happy with the momentary end between the two characters, but wasn't sure that was permanent.
